Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Hendley Digital (“we,” “us,” “our”) to the client (“you,” “your”). By booking a session or service, you agree to the following terms:
Booking & Payment
All bookings must be made through our website’s integrated scheduling and payment system. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date — the amount varies based on the selected package (typically 25–50%).
The remaining balance is due 24 hours before the session or event date.
Accepted payment methods: Online through the booking system.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled session will result in the loss of your deposit.
- Rescheduling is allowed for valid reasons such as weather, illness, or emergencies, with reasonable notice.
- If Hendley Digital cancels for any reason, all payments will be refunded in full.
Delivery Timeline
Final edited media will be delivered as follows:
- Photos:
- Portraits/Events: 1–2 weeks
- Weddings: 4–6 weeks
- Videos:
- Recap Videos: 1–3 weeks
- Wedding Films: 4–8 weeks
Files will be sent via downloadable link or online gallery.
Raw, unedited files are not included unless agreed upon in writing.
Client Responsibility
Clients are expected to:
- Arrive on time and prepared
- Provide a schedule or point of contact for events
- Secure any required permits or permissions for locations
Creative Control
Hendley Digital retains full creative control over all imagery, video, editing style, and delivery.
Requests for advanced edits (e.g., body reshaping, background swaps) may incur additional fees.
Copyright & Usage
All media created remains the copyright of Hendley Digital.
Clients are granted personal-use rights (social media, printing, etc.).
Commercial usage requires a separate licensing agreement.
Model Release
By booking a service, you consent to the use of your images or videos for portfolio and promotional purposes (e.g., website, social media), unless you opt out in writing before the session.
Liability
Hendley Digital is not responsible for issues beyond our control (e.g., weather, tardiness, equipment failure).
In the rare event of lost or damaged media, liability is limited to a full refund of all payments made.
Edits & Revisions
- Video projects include one round of revisions. Additional revisions: $50/hour.
- Photo sessions include basic color correction and light retouching. Advanced edits may cost extra.
Agreement
By booking a session and submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to all terms outlined above.
